I’m Leo, a nerd living in Stockholm, where I help to build the future.

I've worked as a Software Engineer and Engineering Manager, now on my own, supporting businesses and creating content online. My career is fueled by deep curiosity and enthusiasm for solving complex problems through technology.

With an early passion for taking everything apart (and not always successfully assembling it again), I always wanted to know how things work. This eventually led me to programming, when I learned that you could do almost anything with a computer. I had to learn more about it.

With a foundation in Computer Science and Economics, I learned frontend and backend development, quickly discovering a deep affinity for the creative challenges and immediate impact of frontend development. Most recently, as an Engineering Manager, I find myself at the intersection of technology, people, and product innovation. Leading and supporting technical teams internationally, I found my place where I can add the most value.

Outside of my professional work, I've discovered the world of content creation, sharing my insights and experiences in software engineering on LinkedIn and my YouTube channel. From a comprehensive 12-video interview preparation course to videos on how important communciation is, my aim is to help to understand the world of software engineering and contribute to the community's growth. My side projects often find me juggling between cameras, development environments and now LLMs, with my GPU barely keeping up with my enthusiasm.

My approach is simple: blend the precision of 0s and 1s with the chaotic element of human interaction. I believe in the power of communication, clear priorities and guiding teams to focus on what truly matters. Witnessing the growth of the people around me is not just a reward; it's my primary source of motivation.
